We are Matt and Sherri Whiteford. For the last 16+ years, we have made our home in Northern California. We have been in pastoral ministry for all of our 31 years of marriage. We’ve been blessed with three pretty awesome adult “kids” and enjoy supporting them in their journeys however we can. We love laughing together, traveling together, being outside, evenings on the couch watching TV, and doing authentic life with our community.

While we loved pastoral ministry in the local church, God began turning our focus in the fall of 2022. At that time, we were able to take a prayer exploration trip to the Middle East. We were able to meet people that were doing hard work in hard places. Not only were our hearts drawn to those people, our eyes were opened to the work of God around the world. From there, we were able to connect with several other people in the missions “space”, take other trips, and intentionally learn about God’s heart for the nations. There came a point that we know we couldn’t “unknow” what we now knew. We were compelled to use our giftings to serve a more specific role in the Great Commission. We truly desired for all people groups to hear the Gospel and therefore, make way for the return of Christ. (Matthew 24:17)

After 15 years as Lead Pastor of our local church, Matt stepped down so that we could focus on creating this new ministry. The Lord has brought many like-minded people into our path to help us form this new venture. We are looking forward to the ways the Lord will use us to bless and shepherd teams of workers around the world!
