Because we are not yet our own non-profit organization and because we want your donation to be tax deductible for you, we have chosen to use Servants of Christ International to receive your funds and distribute the funds to us. SOCI is a trusted 501(C)(3) organization that partners with several small ministries, allowing those ministries to put their time and energy into their work instead of crazy amounts of bookkeeping and reporting. You can read more about SOCI on their website here.

Servants of Christ International takes a small percentage (5%) of your donation for their administrative fees. We are happy to let them have that percentage for the load they carry for us! There will also be bank fees taken from your donation… this is just how the world works these days. But after that, the rest of the donation gets deposited directly into our designated business account. We use all donated funds for ministry purposes - things that directly support care of global workers. We are not raising any support to cover our personal, daily living expenses. Some examples of donation uses are: travel expenses to visit teams on the field, meals, resources, and “blessings” for the workers, our training, and our ministry expenses (website subscriptions, zoom subscriptions, etc).
Something else to note… we also volunteer part-time with Frontiers, a missionary sending organization, as pastoral coaches. Since the work we do with Frontiers is similar to our work with Benedictio, we decided it would be easiest to raise support all in one place. Therefore, at our discretion, the money you donate may be used to care for workers we coach through Frontiers.

That’s a great question, because we do love Peanut M&Ms! We have a separate account with Servants of Christ International that is used for all ministry expenses. We also have formed an “Accountability Council” made up of people in the missions and business “space”. We monthly report all donations and expenses to this council for their review.
